Dear Alex, I am following upon my phone call to you last week about the wonderful trip you helped to arrange for me and my husband. Although I had booked an airbnb in Stockholm, you made our flight arrangements in a convenient way for us that allowed us to spend 24 wonderful hours in Helsinki and stay in a really great hotel, and you set up the ferry to St.Petersburg and the whole 72 hour tour we had there. Our guide Sergey was just marvelous - he is so very knowledgeable about history, the arts, and is a kind very hardworking and ever so thoughtful individual. We could not have done better than to be shown around and cared for by him. As for you, you know that I just trusted my instincts that you were responsible and committed to arranging a good experience since I just saw your site on the bottom of the St. Petersburg ferry schedule - I didn't know a thing about east-west travel. Now I do and am happy to refer others to you. You were great and always got back to me in a timely manner and were reassuring when my credit card company made a mistake.
