Hi Dora, Thanks for helping me plan my Iceland tour. I think I picked one of the best ones! Learning about Erik the Red and the history of the Vikings was really special. That's all part of my ancestry so I really enjoyed that. I was able to take some unique photos that I don't think I would have been able to capture on any other tour. It was great bonding with the locals! The Icelandic language is so tough, and hearing the people of Iceland speak it was awesome! I won't be forgetting that experience any time soon. The hotels were favorable and the food was really fresh. I don't have any complaints. It was a great week and I was in sensory overload the whole time, in the best way possible! If I ever decide to travel to Iceland to check out the western part of the country, I'll get back in contact with you. Thanks again. Gary Rowland

Hello dear Bobby, In a word, PERFECT! As you know, you worked and put together an extensive 4/5 country tour package for Vicki and I and what you managed to put together went remarkably well in every way possible. With very little exception, this trip now ranks as the best of our many trips, which considering the now 67 countries on all 7 continents around the globe we visited, is a big statement. I only have a few feedback suggestions and a request: 1) Be more specific with US based guest re the hotel standards, e.g., a standard room in the US is a superior room in Europe. This is a problem that is easily rectified by advising clients up front of the difference. 2) While the Sogenfjiord in a Nutshell was outstanding, it is a bit too rushed. Perhaps it’s because we’d been traveling for some time already that it made us feel that way, but for sure, all three countries in Scandinavia are worth more time. 3) When able, please contact your tour providers in Stockholm and Oslo and request contact information for Sofia, our guide in Stockholm, and for Helen, our guide in Oslo. We had great guides all along the way and exchanged contact detail, but somehow missed these two exceptional women. Our thanks for: 1) Turning things around in St. Petersburg with my concern at the brevity of the Peter and Paul Fortress tour. In the end it made the rest of our guided tour with Ana a truly exceptional one. 2) For reaching out to your tour operator in Bergen who weren’t there to meet us off our flight. 3) For reaching out to your tour operator in Bergen about our bag transfer. As promised there they were when we checked into the Continental Oslo. 4) Your expert choosing of hotel accommodations all along the way as each of them were up to, or exceeded world class standards. As you now know, we’ve stayed at many of the world’s premier hotel’s and this trip has matched or exceeded our experiences. 5) Your choice of tour operator partners, all of who put together exceptional and interesting tours of their countries. 6) And lastly, for being there all along the way with us. Susie, Thank you so much for the great job you did in planning our trip to the Baltic countries. The hotels and guides were excellent and the visa process was easy with your help. I felt the stay in each country was organized in a smart way and we really utilized our time in each place. I think the people in the Tallinn area weren't as nice as they were more in say, Vilnius and the southern cities, but it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed ourselves for sure. I will definitely contact you again on any future trips that include Baltic tours, or maybe even Scandinavia. It is wonderful to work with travel agents that you know you can trust and depend on. Bobby, I just wanted to take a minute to thank you so very much for your planning for our trip. It was absolutely fantastic!!!!! The hotel, was wonderful (and you were right, of course, the walk from our hotel to the pick-up site was just a short walk). An unexpected surprise was their buffet dinner, which was welcomed after wonderful days out at Camp Tamok. Everyone we came into contact with, car driver for airport pick-up, hotel staff and most especially the wonderful people at the Camp helped to make this a very special trip. We did get to see the Northern Lights on our first night (on the boat where the captain and his staff were a wonderful introduction to the Norwegian people)! Again, thank you so much. ​Dear Dora, I want to express my gratitude for your help with this tour to Iceland. I know you must have difficult clients (including me!) but I really appreciate your patience and how you were willing to work with me in all stages to make this trip a success. Once in Iceland, the people were very, very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The guides were nice and the scenery was out of this world. I will not forget our boat ride crossing the fjords in the Westfjords and seeing the towering mountains in front of us. I adored bathing in the natural pools scattered throughout this beautiful country, and oh, the food was interesting and so neat. Trying new food is what I look forward to most when I travel. :) This trip had so many highlights, it's hard to pick only one! Again, thank you SO much for working with me. Hi Alex, I'm writing to you from California, just a few days after returning from our Iceland trip. I wanted to give you and your company a great review and let you know that my wife and I truly appreciated your help before, during, and after our vacation. We had a tough time deciding which tour to go on since they all looked so great, but I think we're both happy we decided on the Wilderness tour. We got to see a lot of creatures living in the country that we might not have seen on a different tour. My personal favorite part of the trip was boating through the glacial lagoon. The visions I had of Iceland before visiting came alive that day and definitely lived up to my expectations. I think it's something everyone should experience in their lifetime. Hi Susie! As you know, my dad and I were searching for the perfect Iceland tour for quite a while that would suit the both of us. I really appreciated your suggestions and I'm happy we decided to go with the Country Life tour, since it had a really good mix of activities that we could both enjoy. I loved the glaciers and being able to see the floating icebergs and my dad really enjoyed the natural baths throughout the tour. Very unique! We of course loved the waterfalls and geysers in the country, too. Being able to do the loop we did really gave us a good idea of what the country looks like in all directions. I will contact you in the future if I decide to travel to Iceland or even Norway since I truly believe you're in this business to help others find the best tours to suit their specific needs!
