Our guide, Erling Elis Erlingsson, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about Icelandic history as well as the sites we visited. He treated us as his guests and not just another tour group. We hope to have the opportunity to visit Iceland again under is guidance.
Hotels were clean and comfortable although Hotel Drangshlio while clean was not quite up to the standards of the other hotels we visited.
