Dear Alex, I am following upon my phone call to you last week about the wonderful trip you helped to arrange for me and my husband. Although I had booked an airbnb in Stockholm, you made our flight arrangements in a convenient way for us that allowed us to spend 24 wonderful hours in Helsinki and stay in a really great hotel, and you set up the ferry to St.Petersburg and the whole 72 hour tour we had there. Our guide Sergey was just marvelous – he is so very knowledgeable about history, the arts, and is a kind very hardworking and ever so thoughtful individual. We could not have done better than to be shown around and cared for by him.

Our special thanks to Masha Ganina , our tour guide in St Petersburg. She did  more thant we could expect. We fell in love with St Petersburg! We will come back soon. Sarah and Fiona

Hi Alex, Just wanted to let you know we had a great Russia Express trip – I would do it again.   We loved our guides, Natasha and Julia. They were extremely knowledgeable and spoke excellent English.  All of our pick ups were on time with no issues. The Petr 1 hotel in Moscow was perfect – great location, excellent service! We appreciated very much half a day hotel in Novgorod  which was absolutely fantastic to be able to have some private rest after the train ride.  It was so thoughtful of you!  The train was certainly a Russian experience and we like it.  All in all a most successful adventure -  we saw, learned and experienced so much.

Back from my trip to Moscow I would like to thank East West tours for arranging a fantastic time for me in Moscow. As I had only 4 free days  in Moscow I wanted to spend them as efficiently as possible. Dora was excellent in arranging the best possible sightseeing program for me, the guide Julia did her best to introduce the Moscow highlights and the trip to Sergiev Posad was just excellent.
