What a trip! Our selection of East-West Tours was the best choice we could have made. Everything, from airport pick-up to airport goodbye was excellent and consumer oriented. Hi Dora, I wanted to let you know that we arrived back home safely after our trip and to thank you so much for arranging such an amazing, never-to-be-forgotten vacation for us in St. Petersburg and Moscow! The guides and drivers were all wonderful – we learned so much and saw so much that our heads are still spinning (in a good way!) and the transfers and overnight train to Moscow worked out very well. Thank you so much for your superb service in arranging our Trans-Siberian Railway tour. Everything had gone smoothly. We had a great and memorable time. One of the good things was that we always had a few choices, like going to the Opera House, or to watch a comedy in Novosibirsk. We liked the ballet performance very much. The guides in most of the places were very professional and spoke good English. The food we had also was good and sometimes a revelation, like Kvas, a fermented beverage made from black bread which we found very refreshing. Our trip on Baikal Lake was a memorable one as well because of the fantastic scenery and excellent guide Oleg who took care of us at every step.

We really enjoyed the tour Pearls of Central Europe. The route chosen and the time spent in all the places was perfect in our opinion. The tour guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and accommodating and she shared so much of her own knowledge and experiences. Local guides were very professional as well. Some things to note...We liked all of the places we stayed, but there were cases when some in the group got smaller rooms while others had big ones. As the group was very small, we expected all of us to have the same quality accommodation. Other than this, was perfect. We had a perfect holiday. Diana Karoui – Diana Karoui -
