I have been meaning to write to you and say a big thank you for your assistance in organising our trip to Russia earlier this year (we were the pesky Australians from Melbourne who kept asking difficult questions). Everything worked out better than we could possibly have imagined. I also would like to say that our tour guides, especially Olga in Moscow, were fabulous -- so professional and dedicated, but very friendly and helpful also. If there is any way of saying thank you to Olga on our behalf I would be very grateful.
