Russia, Baltic States, Poland, Prague and Vienna . It was a trip of a lifetime! We had been planning it for a few years and only when we contacted East West Touts agency our dreams came true. They offered us the itinerary which we liked very much and arranged all the details for us - invitations for the Russian visas, transfers and gave us a lot of valuable tips. We felt safe and in good hands. The trip itself was very impressive, with a lot of history and beautiful sights. It was a long trip and at some point we got a little tired but a nice company of fellow travellers and very accommodating guide compensated for homesickness. Itinerary:

Day 1  : Arrival in Prague

You will be met and transferred to your hotel. There’s time to relax before meeting your fellow travelers and Tour Director for a Welcome Dinner. (D)

Day 2  : Prague

After breakfast, we will cross the Vltava River to explore the Royal Castle of Hradcany. Visit the magnificent Cathedral of St. Vitus, the Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica, and the charming Golden Lane with the Daliborka Tower. Continue to the Old Town Square, where you will admire the famous Astronomical Clock, explore the Jewish Quarter, marvel at St. Nicholas Church, and walk across the iconic Charles Bridge. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy at your leisure. (B)

Day 3  : Prague - Vienna

We will travel by motorcoach to Vienna – known as the City of Waltz. Upon arrival, you will have free time to start discovering the city’s delights, from shopping to architectural wonders to indulging in pastries. Dinner and overnight stay in Vienna. (B, D)

Day 4  : Vienna

Our day begins with a visit to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Hofburg Palace. We will then proceed to view the impressive Belvedere Palace, the vibrant Prater Amusement Park, and the renowned UN Buildings. The afternoon is free to explore at your own pace. In the evening, enjoy a classical concert featuring the music of Strauss and Mozart. (B)

Day 5  : Budapest

Today, we depart for Budapest, Hungary. Upon arrival, the sightseeing tour includes panoramic views of the city’s main attractions including the Parliament, the Royal Palace, the Castle Hill area, Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, Heroes’ Square, and Gellert Hill with its Citadel. The rest of the day is free to explore this exciting city at your own leisure. (B)

Day 6  : Budapest

After breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour that showcases the main attractions of Budapest. This includes the Parliament, the Royal Palace, the Castle Hill area, Fisherman’s Bastion, the Matthias Church, Heroes Square, and Gellert Hill with its Citadel. The rest of the day is at leisure to explore this exciting city. (B)

Day 7  : Departure from Budapest

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Budapest airport for your departure. (B)

Note: Because of the narrow and cobbled streets, walking is the primary way of getting around. Please make sure to pack comfortable walking shoes.
