Hi! I would like to thank you for the fantactic time we had in Russia. East West Tours service is exeptional! The visa applying process was smooth and easy with all the advise and help we received from you. All our questions about the coming trip were answered efficiently and quickly. The tour from the arrival to Moscow airport to departing from St Peteraburg was organized in the best possible way. We were well taken care of every day. The guides in Moscow and St Petersburg were more than fantastic. Our special thanks to guide Masha in St Petersburg, who became our dear friend and we hope we'll meet her again when we visit St Petersburg next time.
