Review about Classical Baltics Tour by Dace Madore

Hello Alex, Just wanted to thank you for your help in making flights and reservations for the Baltic Circle tour starting from Riga. Everything went as planned, with the coordinated meeting/touring with our three other couple-friends. The tour was wonderful, and we found all the sites of historic and aesthetic interest. We were especially delighted with our tour guide, Ms. Marina Gira, who was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as having a delightful and caring personality; it was a pleasure being with her every day of the tour. On behalf of four of us who arranged with your organization for pick up and drop off at the airport, I wished to relay our delight with the driver; regrettably, I did not catch his name. He was prompt (early), very friendly and informative, and a good driver; the vehicle accommodated all of us and our luggage without any problem. We hope that our commendation of these individuals can be recognized through the hiring organizations. Our only unpleasant experience was in the last leg of our tour, from Vilnius to Riga, where we were squeezed (all seats) into a smaller bus that was not in the best condition; a number of the seat belts were inoperable. While there were a couple of glitches regarding our hotel reservations in Riga, these were addressed and resolved by Marina, our guide.
