We took the 5 day St Petersburg tour in late Oct/early Nov. It was fantastic. Everything worked out well. Bobby was knowledgeable and helpful in getting things set up. One great feature of the De Luxe category was the priority disembarkation - we avoided the long lines through Russian passport control and were able to setoff right away. The drivers were good, the guide, Anastasia, was fluent, knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable, whether we needed a potty break or a cup of coffee. The hotel was comfortable and centrally located. I'm glad we did the tour in the off season as I'm sure the crowds are formidable during the peak season. If I did the tour again, I would ask for one less palace (probably Pushkin). Instead I would have liked to have visited the Museum for the Siege of Leningrad. Overall a fantastic experience in an unbelievably beautiful and interesting city.
