Dear Dora Happy to report that apart from the two pick up incidents , all worked out like clockwork and we will do nothing to change the itinerary.i ditto Nicky's comments.all guides n drivers hv great service . Hotels r great except the one in Sigulda. It is a motel with v little service n v basic amenities in a room with a bad bed n 18" tv. Nicky's room has no shower curtain so everything gets wet after shower! We found people in the Baltics v friendly n straightforward with little hidden agenda.We also appreciate all the complimentary dinners. The restaurant selection is first class n they give us freedom to choose with a given price limit which is so much better than stuck with a fixed tourist menu. We appreciate all your help n will now be ambassadors of the three countries we have visited. If our friends approach u for trip planning, pls extend to them the same great help. Best rgds, Jennifer
