Last year we took the Private luxury rail tour from Moscow to Vladivostok. It was a very impressive journey! After landing in Moscow we were taken care of from the airport to our 5 star hotel. We met our fellow travelers over a welcome dinner and made friends with a few of them. The tour of Moscow was very impressive . The guide was knowlegable but too much of history was a little boring. After the champagne reception in the VIP waiting room before we were led to our air conditioned cabins equipped with showers and WC. We had a gold cabin which includes a full size double bed and all our meals, drinks and tips . The trip was relaxing and we enjoyed all the sights during it.

We did this trip in September 2016. I was really impressed during all 15 days of the trip. The trains were good quality, very comfortable, the beds were a little too small, though. We found the food was very good in Russia. Good food on the train as well as the one bought locally from ladies selling it to the passengers. The organization of the entire trip was impeccable. At almost every city visited we were treated with concert of some kind, either folk or classical. We saw impressive Russian/Siberian architecture and simple peoples' life and all this was a thrilling experience. Thank you for the so well organized trip and I think I must do it again.

We had an amazing time on the journey from Moscow to Vladivostok. First of all, because all travel details were flawlessly arranged by your agency (East West Tours). Russia is a very vast country where you can find modern culture and total authenticity. We enjoyed all of it. A few guides were very experienced and packed us with lots of history, others were young and less knowledgeable but very sincere and friendly. During all our trip we were very lucky with the weather as it rained only when we were in Kazan. A little disappointing.

On the train, we met so many interesting people who are now our friends. We learned so much about history and culture, the lectures & video presentations were a little boring, though.
