We had a nice holiday on the Volga river. It was a very beautiful time with lots of experience and fun. We were so impressed with the vessel itself, the food and the service. The crew were friendly, smiling, accommodating and efficient. All activities were well planned. Guided excursions were interesting with knowledgeable guides. We were impressed by the possibility to attend concerts every night performed by opera stars, a pianist, and an accordionist. Our Volga cruise on board of M/S Kronshtadt was the last summer's highlight. it was a memorable trip. We met people from different countries and enjoyed the views en route and the cities we visited.  We discovered  unknown cities of Russia. The food on the boat could have more variety but generally it was a very good trip. We enjoyed our time  on the boat as well sightseeing without any doubt. Thank you. – Matilda Moon

Hi Dora, I would like to thank you for the fantastic time we had in Moscow and on board of Volga Dream. It was an excellent choice and with all East West Tours agency help it was easy and smooth. My special thanks for helping us with  Russian visas. Hotel Marriott Aurora in Moscow was superb and we had a very very good time sightseeing with the excellent guide Tatyana  and driver Igor. They both were very professional and warm people. The boat  Volga Dream was excellent in all respects. We didn’t expect the river boat to be so comfortable and spacious. Our junior suite was specious, nicely furbished , with good AC, the bathroom was normal hotel room size which was a surprise.

My wife and I recently done the cruise almost the entire length of the Volga River aboard M/S "Nizhny Novgorod". We booked this cruise through East West Tours and were not disappointed. They arranged everything efficiently and very professionally. From the time we arrived on the dock everything was taken care off . The cabin was spacious with the private bathroom, a bar fridge and two bottles of water supplied a day.   wi fi in the common lounge and it  worked fine when near shore . Food was amazingly good with plenty of variety.  There were history and Russian language lessons on board ,  which we thoroughly enjoyed. The day trips were fun and informative with very professional local guides.

We started looking for a cruise a year before and selected Moscow – Astrakhan M/S "Nikolay Chernishevsky" because it looked so extraordinary and East West Tours were very professional in giving us all possible details about this cruise. They are real experts. The ship was very nice and comfortable , the crew was attentive and we really felt cared for. We particularly enjoyed the lessons that we had on history and the language. Shore excursions were enjoyable and interesting. We especially liked small town/city visits. The tour guides were excellent and very nice people. It's a pity we had too little time to spend in those small shore places to browse the crafts and local items available in many of them.
