My wife and I just returned from our visa free St. Petersburg trip that you so efficiently put together. From the time we landed in Stockholm on May 22 and until we returned back to Stockholm on May 31, the entire trip was so comfortable and smooth. Thanks to you, we had absolutely no problem anywhere we went. Whether it was hotel reservation or bus travel, whether it was the cruise connection or the breakfast at the hotel, at Stockholm, at St. Petersburg, and at Helsinki, everything was well coordinated. While in St. Petersburg, we stayed at the Grand Hotel Emerald. It was beautiful, with a splendid breakfast buffet. However, our rooms and those of others on this tour faced the inner atrium.

Sorry I haven't written sooner to tell you what a fantastic time we had on the Three Capitals tour to Kiev, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Thank you for all your help and patience in organizing a wonderful tour for us.  

It was exceptionally well planned and we thoroughly enjoyed it.  Everything went very smoothly and the guides were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and always prompt.  The hotels were very nice and it was good of you to move us to the Marriot Hotel in St. Petersburg.
