my wife and I just returned from the trip that you so efficiently put it together. From the time we landed in Stockholm on May 22 and until we returned back to Stockholm on May 31, the entire trip was so comfortable and smooth. Thanks to you, we had absolutely no problem anywhere we went. Whether it was hotel reservation or bus travel, whether it was the cruise connection or the breakfast at the hotel, at Stockholm, at Copenhagen, at Oslo and at St. Petersburg, everything was well coordinated. The vouchers and the airtickets were accepted everywhere without any hitch.

Dear Dora,
I've been meaning to write to you since we returned from our trip -- but business demands, – and a new puppy! -- have kept me busy!Overall, we had quite a trip -- thank you for all your planning and help. We did everything we wanted to, and probably more! The itinerary was very well put together, and certainly kept us busy the entire time. There really wasn't anything we saw that I would have taken off my list.The Glo hotel in Helsinki was wonderful; as was the Square Hotel in Riga.

Barbara and I returned from our trip to Germany and Iceland last Friday and we had a wonderful trip, despite the fact that our first flights to Iceland and Frankfurt were cancelled only 24 hours before leaving Seattle because of volcanic activity. Icelandair managed to get us to Frankfurt on time by rebooking us on American Airlines. The tours you booked for us in Iceland were great. Thank you so much for your help in getting this trip put together. We could'nt have done it without you.
