Alex, Thank you so much for the splendid arrangements you made for us on our trip to Russia and The Baltic States. The air and rail travel went smoothly. The hotel accommodations were well located, well appointed and offered excellent breakfasts. Our tour guides were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful. Very importantly, I feel certain we never would have been able to see and enjoy all that we did if we had tried to go it on our own. Special mention: Our guide in Moscow, Natasha, was outstanding.

Dora, In case you have not heard from Cindy about our St. Petersburg tour, I want to let you know that we have traveled the Mediterreanen, S. America, Hawaii, S. Pacific, etc. and Maria Ganina was the best guide we have ever had. She is just exceptional. I would like to have a mailing address for her, as we have several pictures with her in them that I think she would like to have.

Alex, Just a note of thanks for all you did to make the trip my wife and I took to Russia a success. The Golden Apple Hotel was an excellent choice for visiting Moscow, and the guide you arranged for us to visit the Diamond Fund and the monastery was both pleasant and competent.
