I just returned from my tour of St. Petersburg and want you to know that you and your company did an outstanding job. My guide Masha was very accommodating and she quickly learned of my interests and guided her comments accordingly. She was very well informed and was able to answer any question I had. She was very prompt to our appointments. If all your guides are as qualified as Masha, your clients will be very satisfied. The visit to the Siege Museum was a very good choice and it gave me a feeling for what the citizens experienced.
