As I have been reflecting on 2012, I keep thinking how grateful I am for the trip you organized for me. I had a wonderful time in Moscow and St. Petersburg, and appreciate that you really listened to my interests and put together an itinerary that far exceeded what I hoped would be possible. Elena in Moscow and Maria in St. Petersburg were perfect guides, and I cherish every moment of my visit to Russia.

I think your job must be incredibly challenging -  but you really created an opportunity for me to do exactly what I was dreaming of.  It's because you paid attention to my interests and asked good questions to help me focus. You didn't try to cram me into a cookie-cutter tour – and you communicated your understanding to my guides, so they also had the vision.

The short answer is my trip was WONDERFUL! Everything went perfectly from flights, to train, hotels, drivers, and – above all – tour guides! I was so thankful you matched me with two wonderful women to guide me through my journey.
I described Elena as my wonder-working angel. She even got me into the Gnessin Academy, where we had a tour led personally by the Director (who was a real character, herself). (This after she had been told by phone – and in person that they couldn't accommodate us.
