We got home on Monday. Everything was fantastic! We both enjoyed the trip immensely. Thanks for everything you did to help us with the arrangements.
Everything went very smoothly. Here are a few comments on small things:
1) We were on a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Moscow, to Sheremetyevo-2. We landed at a new international terminal, so Akademservis was not right outside the baggage claim. We had to walk to the next terminal.

Happy to report that apart from the two pick up incidents , all worked out like clockwork and we will do nothing to change the itinerary.i ditto Nicky's comments.all guides n drivers hv great service . Hotels r great except the one in Sigulda. It is a motel with v little service n v basic amenities in a room with a bad bed n 18" tv. Nicky's room has no shower curtain so everything gets wet after shower!
We found people in the Baltics v friendly n straightforward with little hidden agenda.We also appreciate all the complimentary dinners.
