What a trip! Our selection of East-West Tours was the best choice we could have made. Everything, from airport pick-up to airport goodbye was excellent and consumer oriented. We could not have been handled in a better way. Russia was exciting, eye-opening and a place all should visit and East-West did their best to make the trip as enjoyable as possible. Dear Dora and Anna, This morning we disembarked from the MS Anastasia, and will now fly on to Copenhagen. We wanted to take a minute to send along a note to say "Thank You" for arranging our tour on the ferry. Everything went well, despite the very long queue through passport control in St. Petersburg (spent 2 1/2 hours in the line) – Maria waited for us, thankfully, even though we were so late getting through the control area. The 4-person cabin onboard was tiny as expected, but our family did fine because of the other spaces on board the ship. Maria and both of the drivers we had in St. Petersburg were excellent.

I have the feedback form for the trip I took with you from June 25, 2017 – July 10, 2017. There were some great things about the trip and some not so great things. Please note I paid for four star hotels and paid a single supplement to have my own room. Great things Hotel in Vilnius is very good. Hotel In Moscow was very good. Hotel in Helsinki was excellent. City tour in Vilnius – we had an English only tour and this was wonderful and I really appreciated the language proficiency of the guide and the fact it was English only. City tour in Riga – we had an English only tour and this was wonderful and I really appreciated the language proficiency of the guide and the fact it was English only.

Thank you Bobby for arranging our Tour and assisting us on getting the best Air fares, it is appreciated. The "Anastasia" Ferry from Helsinki was a unique experience and had clean rooms and the food was adequate, but the terrible debarkation and passport control process took about two hours which shortened our first day's tour. Although, we booked for 4 persons, another couple was added to our tour which made the van inadequate because the low windows prevented the middle row person from seeing anything other than sidewalk level. Secondly, the fact that the other couple stayed at a different hotel added a half hour to pick them up (an hour of lost sightseeing each day!).
