Hi Dora – I wanted to thank you for all the help you provided me in our trip. We had a wonderful time. The guides and logistics you provided were outstanding. Everything worked well (other than delayed flights over which left us stranded for a time in Iceland before finally getting to Stockholm). I can't say enough about Maria (Mosha) – our guide in St. Petersburg. She was an expert in the history, art history, architecture,and culture of Russia. She was absolutely encyclopedic. The crowds were ridiculous and Mosha took wonderful care of our group throughout our stay. Thank you again. Our family trip was truly memorable. I wanted to provide some feed back on our trip. 1. Princess Maria was ok. The linens in the room on the way to St.Petersburg smelled stale and unwashed. They were better on the way back. And the procedures to disembark at St.Petersburg were chaotic. 2. The guide and driver were excellent. Inna was the guide's name. She kept us on schedule and answered all questions. 3. Petro Palace was very good. Great location and room. The Italian restaurant in the premises was very good. It was a relief from the ferry food. – Kuma Doraiswami -

Dear Bobby, A bit of feedback: 1) Travel guide Boris was wonderful. Driver Sergei punctual and polite. 2) Hermitage Official State Hotel was superb. Truly 5-star. Very few guests as tourism to Russia has collapsed. 3) Princess Maria ship is quite old but staff and food AOK. The entertainment was average. Cabin AOK. 4) Port facilities in St Petersburg are primitive unlike in Helsinki which has a good standard. Overall an excellent trip. St Petersburg is a fascinating wonderful historic city.
