Tatianna, our train manager /guide/ Russian language teacher, historian, master of last minute planning when things went a little “off track”, consummate impeccably mannered host, made our trip very special.

Our time in touring in Poland was an absolute delight. I’m glad I’ve chosen Amazing Poland Tour Package – it was a very comprehensive tour. Our guide was fascinating, delightful and  extremely knowledgeable.  We experienced fantastic weather, heard lovely music, ate in interesting places, visited amazing churches and places of interest and saw the countryside. Now when looking at the photos we made during this trip we remember  the great time we experienced and the interesting people we met. I have been meaning to write to you and say a big thank you for your assistance in organising our trip to Russia earlier this year . Everything worked out better than we could possibly have imagined. I also would like to say that our tour guides, especially Olga in Moscow, were fabulous -- so professional and dedicated, but very friendly and helpful also. We took the 5 day St Petersburg tour in late Oct/early Nov. It was fantastic. Everything worked out well. Bobby was knowledgeable and helpful in getting things set up. One great feature of the De Luxe category was the priority disembarkation – we avoided the long lines through Russian passport control and were able to setoff right away. The drivers were good, the guide, Anastasia, was fluent, knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable, whether we needed a potty break or a cup of coffee. The hotel was comfortable and centrally located. I'm glad we did the tour in the off season as I'm sure the crowds are formidable during the peak season. If I did the tour again, I would ask for one less palace (probably Pushkin).

Our visa-free tour from Helsinki to St Petersburg was wonderful! All arrangements worked out smoothly. The ferry trips on the St. Peterline’s “Princess Maria” from and to Helsinki were pleasant with a comfortable, roomy cabin and excellent food for dinners and breakfasts. As promised, a private tour guide (Ludmilla), with car and driver (Dmitri) were at the St Petersburg ferry terminal to meet us. It was a warm and sunny day for the extensive tour of the city and it was certainly a benefit to have a private guide for our visit to the Hermitage Museum, bypassing the queues. Ludmilla was an excellent guide throughout the entire day and we are grateful to her for her willingness to answer all our questions.

Hello Alex, Just wanted to thank you for your help in making flights and reservations for the Baltic Circle tour starting from Riga. Everything went as planned, with the coordinated meeting/touring with our three other couple-friends. The tour was wonderful, and we found all the sites of historic and aesthetic interest. We were especially delighted with our tour guide, Ms. Marina Gira, who was very knowledgeable and informative, as well as having a delightful and caring personality; it was a pleasure being with her every day of the tour. On behalf of four of us who arranged with your organization for pick up and drop off at the airport, I wished to relay our delight with the driver; regrettably, I did not catch his name.
