We loved our trip to St Petersburg! We spent two nights on the boat and one day in Helsinki before we arrived in St Petersburg and you helped us to arrange a tour in both cities as well as arrange ballet tickets for us in St Petersburg. We absolutely LOVED our hotel in St Petersburg and our guides were knowledgeable about the city. Our one complaint – the tour pick-ups for both days (Helsinki and St Petersburg) were arranged for the exact time we were allowed off of the boat. In Helsinki, we were approximately twenty minutes late to our guide because of the passport control. In St Petersburg, we were nearly two hours late.

It was a last minute decision on my part, just about 10 days before the tour started when I contacted East-West tours. Though Alex immediately responded with the quote, I was not totally convinced that he'll be able to arrange for me to join the scheduled group tour, that late in the game. But to cut the story short, he did and I had a wonderful time in Croatia. Thanks Alex!. I shall be considering them again if I decide on a trip to Russia. – Jesse -

We arrived by train from Helsinki. Olga our guide meet us at the station. The schedule was well planned. We were able to see all the major sites both in and out of town. Olga was great. She's very knowledgeable and was more than willing to accommodate our interests within the scope of the tour. Hotel was centrally located so it was very easy to get around on your own. Can't say enough about the history and beauty of St. Petersburg. In the end we wished we had more time to enjoy and explore. I would tell everyone to go and see for your self. you won't be disappointed. Again thanks to Olga the best tour guide ever! – St Petersburg -

Hey Bobby, Just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Russia. The guides were outstanding and you're right, St. Petersburg is a nicer city to visit than Moscow. Dear Alex, I am following upon my phone call to you last week about the wonderful trip you helped to arrange for me and my husband. Although I had booked an airbnb in Stockholm, you made our flight arrangements in a convenient way for us that allowed us to spend 24 wonderful hours in Helsinki and stay in a really great hotel, and you set up the ferry to St.Petersburg and the whole 72 hour tour we had there. Our guide Sergey was just marvelous – he is so very knowledgeable about history, the arts, and is a kind very hardworking and ever so thoughtful individual. We could not have done better than to be shown around and cared for by him.
